I found this place randomly today while shopping in Concord Mills. I ended up making a second trip back within a hour because it was that good! The Haystack cookies are amazing —I ended up buying three. Everything I tried was delicious, and the candied apples looked amazing as well. I hope they open a second location somewhere in South Charlotte. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! 🍪🍫✨

I have been shopping at the same store for a year now because all the employees are very polite and friendly, and the products are prepared with great cleanliness and care. You absolutely must try each one individually—they are all incredibly delicious.

I love fudge, and I've had some great fudge before but absolutely expensive in other places, not at this place. They have amazing caramel apples, fudge and anything else you could probably ever imagine. This place is not only affordable, but provides high quality items with high quality service to go along with it! One thing I absolutely love is how cozy the atmosphere is, and just the huge mix of sweet treats. Usually, they're not busy but when the holidays roll around they're jam packed, and I understand why! it's very clean as well, and you can even see some of the chocolate being made right up front near the glass! If you're ever at Concord Mills and you take that big walk around the whole mall, come here and you will absolutely be satisfied!

This location is truly one of the best chocolate stores I've ever been to, when you walk in you can immediately see a variety of chocolate, truffles and candy. I come here a lot as I love to have some treats at home whenever I crave them and this is the only place that satisfies that sweetness but also freshness I'm looking for. Every single time I come, everybody is so attentive and provides great service. Working in the mall is probably so exhausting so the service they give is outstanding. Today, I went in and tried some new things which were the Chocolate fudge with Oreos, and their Cookies and cream fudge. I am in love, they deserve all of the great reviews they get!

Wow what amazing Chocolate is at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!!! I got two of the apples, one with pecan, covered with carmel, and the other with pecan caramel chocolate. Makenna the cashier was friendly and quick. Premium Chocolate at this place - YUM!! Located in the Concord Mills Mall. First time ever went to one of these was about 40 years ago in Wyoming.
